Looks like a 95 downpipe?? And that's 4 inch down? Or 3.5 then a adapter to 4inch???

You are correct for calling out the current photo. It is of the 94-02 kit as this is the closest photo that Diamond Eye has provided. But the down-pipe you would get is the correct 89-93 2wd that is 4" right after the turbo flange.
