This Titan 50‑gallon fuel tank is designed specifically for 2013–2018 Ram 2500/3500 Mega Cab short‑bed trucks with the 6.7L Cummins diesel, not the 6.4L gas engine. Because the gas and diesel fuel systems and tank layouts differ, it is not a confirmed fit for a 2018 Ram Mega Cab 6.4L 2‑wheel‑drive gas truck, so I would not recommend using it on that application.
