These Diamond T SRW‑to‑dually adapters are designed for factory‑style and standard aftermarket dually wheels with an 8 on 170 mm bolt pattern, not for 22.5‑inch semi wheels. To safely run semi wheels you’d need a separate 8‑to‑10‑lug semi‑wheel adapter system specifically engineered for that 10x285.75 semi pattern and load rating.
