This kit is for a standard Dana 44 front axle on a 1968–79 F‑250, and it uses the common 1310‑series Dana 44 U‑joint (the kit includes the correct U‑joints and clips). The outer yoke width at the U‑joint is sized for that 1310 joint (about 3.22 inches across the yoke ears), so any replacement 1310‑series axle U‑joint will fit
