Yes, the BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Kit (1043001) includes both driver and passenger side manifolds. The kit provides complete manifolds for both banks of the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine, covering 2011-2016 Ford F-150 and 2015-2023 Transit applications.
The complete kit includes both exhaust manifolds, 22 exhaust spacers, 22 class 8.8 studs, and gaskets. BD redesigned these manifolds to use all 11 stud locations per side (versus 9 on OEM) and are cast from high-silicone ductile iron to resist thermal warping. This kit delivers a 25% average flow increase over stock (139 cfm/port vs 110 cfm/port OEM).
