No, the Auto Agent 3 by itself cannot change or remove the factory speed limiter.
It’s basically the communication bridge between your truck and a tuner; you still need a custom calibration from an EZ Lynk‑compatible tuning provider if you want the limiter raised or turned off, even if you keep everything else at or close to stock.
