Yes, there is a refundable core charge on the Billet Adrenaline pump, since DieselSite builds these using a serviceable factory core.
It does bolt in place of the stock HPOP on a completely stock ’95 7.3—same mounting, lines, and IPR location—so it’s a direct replacement that just flows more volume than the factory pump.
