On the Ford parts side it’s just called a rocker arm dowel pin / locating dowel, but Ford doesn’t list it as a separate service part for the 6.0L—it's only included with the complete rocker carrier/assembly.
What is the name for the dowel and can it be purchased separately Ford Motorcraft Rocker Arm, Ford (2003-10) 6.0L Power Stroke (Exhaust Side) each
Mushroomed the two rocker dowels and an trying to find 2 of those
