If the MSD manifold keeps the throttle body in the same location and angle and still uses a stock‑diameter throttle body, then yes, there’s a decent chance the S&B/JLT intake will bolt up.
Where fitment usually goes sideways is when:
• The throttle body is designed with a larger inlet (bigger inlet than the S&B coupler).
• The throttle body is clocked or moved slightly compared with stock, which can keep the molded tube from lining up.
So if your manifold/throttle body is truly set up for the OEM‑style air tube, the S&B kit is likely compatible.
