Short answer: maybe, but not plug‑and‑play in most cases.
Highway Products notes that, for their headache racks in general, most trucks will require modifying either the tonneau cover or the rack to run both together. Standard Honeycomb racks mount to the bed rails, which is the same space many tonneau covers need, so they are not advertised as tonneau‑compatible out of the box.
If you want to use a cover with this rack, look for:
• An inside‑rail or clamp‑on cover that doesn’t sit on top of the rails, and
• Be prepared for custom brackets or trimming.
