The AVP High Flow Fuel CVD fittings are designed purely to increase flow and reduce turbulence/restriction for higher‑horsepower 7.3 builds. The original CVD fittings contain check valves that help hold pressure in the head galleys; when you install these high‑flow pieces, that check‑valve feature is eliminated, so they shouldn’t be used as a fix for hard‑start/bleed‑back issues.
