This AVP non‑EBPV outlet is a direct bolt‑on for all 1999–2003 7.3L Power Stroke GT38, GTP38, and GTP38R turbos, which includes early‑’99 trucks once they’re running the GT/GTP‑style turbo rather than the 94–97 TP38 setup. If your 12/98 truck still has the factory early‑’99 turbo and pedestal (not the older TP38 OBS hardware), this outlet will bolt up and eliminate the EBPV.
