Do these work to put 18mm heads on 20mm block?

Also do you have step dowels for the rocker box to head?

Yes, these stepped cylinder head dowel pins allow you to put 18mm heads on a 20mm block. They also allows installation of 20mm heads on a 18mm block. The rock box pins should be 11mm for all 6.0L engines and would not needs a stepped pin.
