Yes, with the DFuser MAP Sensor Maximizer for Ford (1999-07) 6.0L & 7.3L, assuming optimal condition of the GT38 (early 99') turbo and engine components, the turbo can achieve a surge free pressure of 28psi at 3200 engine RPMs without causing bearing damage. Once you get to 29psi and above, you will begin to cause premature bearing failure due to turbo surge.
